  • You’ll get easy-to-follow nutrition guidance tailored to your goals. Rather than a rigid plan, I help you build balanced meals and navigate real-life eating.

  • Full pricing will be announced to the waitlist first. Expect flexible payment options, and early bird rates for the first to sign up.

  • If you're already working with me 1:1 — no need to join. But if you're not, this is a great opportunity to get results with support at a more affordable rate.

  • You’ll need about 3–5 days per week for workouts, and check-ins take less than 10 minutes. This is about building consistency — not perfection.
